“Number One” is a friendly, family owned guest house ideally located within a short walk of all of the city’s main attractions and amenities, including the historic Barbican, Plymouth Hoe, the Theatre Royal, Plymouth Pavilions, the City Centre, Brittany Ferries port and both rail & coach stations.
Originally built as the home of a Royal Navy admiral circa 1850, Number One Windsor Villas is an impressive regency building with 13 guest rooms and the added benefit of off street parking. All rooms are ensuite and have flat screen digital TV with Freeview, tea and coffee making facilities and free WiFi.

The Transat yacht race returns to Plymouth from 24 April, followed by the hugely successful Plymouth Pirate Weekend on 14 and 15 May. June sees the Flavour Fest returns for a thirteenth year and the incredibly popular Armed Forces Day on June 25, with MTV Crashes on again in July and August showcasing the return of the British Firework Championships.
Through the first half of the year, big names and big shows take their place centre stage at Plymouth Pavillions and the Theatre Royal from Sarah Millican to Billy Elliot, Hairspray, Birmingham Royal Ballet and the Welsh National Opera.
